c 1965: When I'm Cleaning Windows

Jack Palmer produced dozens of cartoons for SO Review,  peaking in the 1960s. We are unsure of the particular event that stimulated this example. Was it Charlie Blundell's revolutionary idea that all Printing staff should multi-task? Or perhaps the use of MI5 tactics by Official Side when gathering intelligence on Staff Side meetings.
