1990: They Think It’s All Over Stowey

Over Stowey is a very pleasant town in Somerset. Pubs sell excellent (and cheap) cider and many have traditional skittle alleys installed. Nearby Belmin Ltd., the firm which assisted HMSO in the development of the Supplies Electronic Catalogue, is located, and nearly 20 years ago they organised an annual cricket match with their HMSO counterparts, including a couple of Campanologists. They were too experienced to consider themselves mere Ringers.
