2007: Tony Durier – Man & Machine

Top: 1942 Ariel 350cc restored by Tony from a complete wreck, over 400 parts being made in the process. Tony has now covered more than 16,000 miles on this machine.

Left: 1959 Norton Dominator 99, 600cc restored from a ‘basket case’ by Tony who made over 250 parts in the process, 6,000 miles has been covered since it was put back on the road.

Right: 1949 Scott Flyer, 600cc water cooled two stroke twin. Tony’s pride and joy, this machine suffered a major engine failure and he is currently restoring it to pristine condition, hopefully it will be back on the road for the 2008 season.
