August 2009 Roy & Jill Arscott

Roy Arscott writes:  Since my first venture into the Land of HMSOldies I have explored the site more and discovered that you have a 'rogues gallery'.  May I venture to offer the above photo of Jill and myself for possible inclusion?  I shall not be at all offended if it's not appropriate.  It was taken last August after I had played the organ for a rather grand wedding on a hot day in the foothills of the Pyrénées. The wedding was in the local village church with the reception, in the open air, in the grounds of a small chateau.  I have had a number of demands to play for expat weddings over the years but none has been anything quite like that one!
