Bill Barker was a cheerful and helpful messenger/paperkeeper in the Norwich offices, and we were sad to hear that he died, with his daughter Jane in attendance, on 19 September 2021. The EEN Family notice can be seen here. Bill joined HMSO in December 1983 and was one of the office’s dedicated cyclists.
