Hi Reg, A quick note hoping that you and yours are well and have not been affected by the virus. Chris and I are both fine and still loving it in South Africa. It will be 22 years next March when we moved here, South Africans are lovely friendly people and we have never had any problems with crime. Next April is the anniversary of me retiring from HMSO. Have just been reading HMSOldies and memories came flooding back of my time at HMSO. Memories of singing to Dick Moore ‘Climb upon my knee, Sonny Boy.’
Norma
Hello Norma. How good to hear from you, sounding in fine form. Doesn’t time fly – 22 years in South Africa! and next year will also mark 25 years since HMSO was privatised. As you can see from the obits on HMSOldies, we are losing some old friends. But good to be reminded of your ‘Turn’ with Dick Moore at the Review organised by Paul Simmonds at The Bystanders after the Banner Launch. These photos will bring back more memories.
Best wishes to you and to Chris,
Reg
