The sad news that Brian has died was received from Kay Griffiths via Valerie Barnard on 22 March 2021.
Brian joined HMSO on 1 May 1950. By 1 April 1952 he was (EO) Personal Clerk to AC1 and by 1 April 1961 he was HEO in Supplies, being promoted to Principal in May 1968. He moved to Norwich and was further promoted and moved to Publications Division.
Following early retirement, Brian and his wife Margaret – who also worked with HMSO – moved to Colyton, Devon, where Margaret continues to live.
